The Math/CS department has six full-time faculty members, all holding Ph.D.s. The department shares a support staff member with the Physics department. Also, there are usually two part-time instructors. Finally, the department usually graduates between eight and 16 majors per year in its mathematics, computer science, and information systems majors. Its graduates are found ins a wide range of careers both within and without their major field(s).
